Today a camera crew came to our house to film a segment on Patrick and I for all our artsy endeavors. The show is called American Latino and it airs in national syndication in the October. One of the former editors from Latina works as a TV producer for the production company now. She remembered me from some articles the magazine had done on me and called to ask us be a part of the show. I just about fell over in excitement!
We spent this past week getting everything ready and cruising off of three to four hours of sleep per night to get ready for D-day. Plus work during the day – you can see why I didn’t have much online activity. It was worth all the trouble. The camera crew and director were great and had a lot of fun ideas. They got all kinds of shots of us and even profiled the kids! They have been traveling all over the country shooting segments, they were in AZ four three days and are leaving tomorrow. I’m so happy they made it thru here. I’ll post a reminder when it airs!
