I’m a happy chica. I’ve been invited today to come back to NYC this fall to teach some shrine-making workshops at the Open Center, as well as another one in Tucson! Renegade hasn’t even started yet and I already feel inspired in an artsy crafty way…
Theresa and the kids just read this and rolled their eyes. They want me to admit to you all that I had a cryin/cussing/bitchfest PMS breakdown at Union Square this afternoon. OK, so, I told you. I bounced back quick, thanks to shopping finds like this ultra gaudy, super sparkly ring. Who wouldn’t smile after buying this??
And since Theresa called me out, I have to share what she did today. All her life she has dreamed of a NY fireman. Today we walked by a fire station and saw a lonely fireman hanging out by his firetruck. So i stopped and asked him to pose with her for a photo. He agreed. Theresa’s dream came true (kinda) – and adding to the excitement, the firebell rang as soon as I snapped the photo and he literally lept into his suit and jumped on truck as it left the station!
