I’m a very visual person. For my first novel, I made sacred hearts for each chapter opener in my manuscript. It sounds goofy, but it gave me inspiration to finish one chapter and start on the next. It felt so empowering to insert one image after another. I didn’t expect for the image to make it in my final book, but it did! This time, my second novel revolves around sewing, so I made this design, based on one of my hubby’s illustrations! Hopefully it will end up in the book come March 2011 when it is published! It is called MISS SCARLET’S SCHOOL OF PATTERNLESS SEWING.
OK, back to writing the book!
