SUPPLIES:

12 pieces of tissue paper

Hole punch

Chenille stems

White craft glue

Glitter

Directions:

Cut the tissues into circles, all the same size. 4-6″ is perfect.

Layer in stacks of twelve.

Carefully fold over (do not crease) and use the hole punch at the bottom.

Insert the chenille stem and twist.

Fluff each layer by crumpling it towards the center.

Lightly touch the edges to white craft glue and sprinkle on the glitter!
