Glittery Striped Tank

I try never to toss our my craft fails, because I never know when they’ll come in handy. Case in point: I dyed this white tank ombre, but I wasn’t super excited with the outcome, it didn’t exactly “pop.” BUT – enter a glitter transfer sheet and now we’re talking!

To make this, you’ll need:
Tank top
Scissors or rotary cutter
Iron, pressing cloth

I didn’t want all the same size of stripes, so I cut the center stripe at 1″, the middle ones at 1/2″ and the outer stripes at 1/4″.

Line them up as you want them before ironing.

Cover with a pressing cloth, and with the iron on high (no steam!), press for a few seconds to bond the transfer sheet to the fabric.

When you’re done, it’ll look like this! I love it! It really makes a formerly bland tank come alive!

Love & light,
