Cards I made for the designer showcase booth.
I spent last weekend at the
2014 Craft and Hobby Mega Show. I was one of the designers in the iloveToCreate booth. I’m so proud, because our booth always ROCKS with creativity and wow factors. Here are a slew of pictures!
iLovetoCreate hosted a cool event called “Creative Refresh” for bloggers and designers to relax and get pampered.
Here is a video showcasing our new Tulip Hair Chalks!
This is a scarf I made for the designer showcase. I used different white natural fibers (wool, rayon, silk, cotton) and dyed them!
Part of our booth display included the painted beach balls. Yes, we blew a lot of them up manually before the show!
Rupert from Survivor is our new tie-dye spokesman! He was there at the show demoing our tie-dye and people LOVED him!
Wild art piece made from a yoga ball and Tacky Glue bottles!
Rupert and I in front of the table I painted!
Pattie Wack’s adorable bike!
Susie from our iLovetoCreate design studio made this!
I was supposed to give a pep talk at our Creative Refresh event but for whatever reason, it didn’t happen. But I plan to make a blog post, because I put together some really great info!
Me with one of my besties, Denise from Pearmama.com
One of my longtime crafty amigas, Lisa from Cultured Expressions.
My table display!
The best picture ever! Vickie Howell, Jennifer Perkins, Wendy Russell, Traci Bautista, and moi!
Vickie attempts to teach me how to arm knit – and yes, I really did learn! It’s easy!
I was on a panel on how to teach online workshops. with Traci Bautista, Julie Fei Fan Baltzer and Joe Rotella.
I made a piece for Tim Holtz’s Designer Challenge! I used his new fabulous mixed media Distress Paints!
My dear friend, Rina, from Mothership Scrapbook Gal made a blogger travel goodie bag for me!
Hanging out with some awesome peeps! Steve and Cathie, Ed roth, Jenny and Aaron!
In our iLoveToCreate booth we had an artist in residence stage. I cut stencils and made glittered canvases.
Pattie Wack’s mannequin and my canvas in progress.
Alexa from Swell Designer made these cool mixed media quote art canvases.
We had a formal gala and Alexa gave me her sequined shawl to wear!
What an awesome show!
