When I was on my Crafty Chica Tour, I met the amazing Yolanda Soto-Lopez. Her YouTube channel has more than 200,000 subscribers! I decided to try one of her tutorials and I LOVED it! Even though I crochet a LOT, I pretty much stay in one lane: simple. I use a lot of yarns and hook sizes, but only three stitches. So I still consider myself a beginner. Yolanda’s video inspired me to try something new – beanies! Oh geez. I pretty much dropped what I was doing and plopped myself in front of the TV last Friday night and crocheted my guts out. I made two scarves in the time it took me to watch the new episodes of Modern Family, Nashville, The Middle, Blackish, and Witches of East End.
I had so much fun, I made a tutorial so you can make a beanie too. Keep in mind, I’m lefthanded, so if you are right handed, just work in the other direction!
