This Cocoa Pebbles Lip Gloss is inspired by the days when my daughter and I made our own makeup concoctions. We loved to mix and match colors, textures, and shimmers from various lipsticks and glosses. When it came time to do another PEBBLES™ cereal craft, I asked my friend Meagan (and Crafty Chica contributor!) to give this idea a try with her adorable daughter, Ava.
They did such a great job! This is such a super fun summer craft that parents and kids can make together using Cocoa Pebbles. The little bits of this gluten-free cereal add yummy flavor to the shine. Did you know Cocoa Pebbles has been around for 40 years? It’s a classic!
Cocoa Pebbles Lip Gloss Supplies:
Cocoa Pebbles Cereal
Empty lip gloss container
Vaseline
Plastic knife
A small chunk of desired color of lipstick
Place a cup of the Cocoa Pebbles in a food processor and ground until it is a fine powder. You can also put some in a sealed plastic bag instead of a food processor.

Add about a tablespoon of the Vaseline in a jar, and then a pinch of the Cocoa Pebbles cereal.
Then add a slice of lipstick. This is the fun part, you are making your own custom color!
Mix it all together until you have a creamy consistency. You may need to add more Vaseline if it is too thick. Just test it out and see at what point you like it.
Last, add it to the empty lip gloss container. Tine to put it to the test!
Looks like it’s a win!
Hope you liked this project! You can play around and use the other Pebbles Cereals to get other flavors as well!
