Can you hear it? Do you feel in the air? It’s almost here…No I’m not talking about Christmas. I’m talking about the pre-Christmas panic when you realize that you still haven’t completed your Christmas shopping.  Well fret not dear friends. Luckily there is still enough time to pull a crafty fast one. Ornaments are an easy gift that if given a little love, patience and creative kick, can really make a statement, perfect for the gift giving season.  What better way to show someone you love them, than with a totally customized ornament made with your own two hands?

Here are ways you can present your handmade ornaments:

– Use as gift tags.

– Use in place of a bow.

– Hand out to strangers for Random Acts of Kindness.

– Give as a hostess gift.

– Give as party favors.

The black and gold contrast is super chic and mixing the sequin colors gives the ornaments a certain “ je ne sais quoi” (jenna said what?) TIP: Use a paint pen to write a personalized message just above the sequins that wraps around the circumference of the ornament.

I LOVE the message of “BE HAPPY!”  TIP: These ornaments can be used as “tags” for your gifts (if you already have a gift bought….unlike myself).  Instead  of stamping or writing a phrase on the tag, simply stamp out or write out the name of the recipient.
