I’ve been on Weight Watchers since spring and am still going strong! Down 37 pounds! One of my favorite aspects is using my creativity to enjoy my meals. If I make each meal artful, I enjoy and appreciate it more. I have to admit though, with the holidays coming up, I’m a little worried about going off the rails… Soooo, in order to prevent that, I’m simply going to plan ahead and stock my pantry with smart options. I figure if I keep some Weight Watchers basics on hand, I can easily join in the fun of holiday eating without feeling guilty. Check out their site to see all the different offerings, and here too!

These tasty sandwich bites are one of my favorites. I normally make these for lunch, but am going to also use them as appetizers for family gatherings. There are so many variations you can try! If you want more recipes, check out more yummy Weight Watchers recipes HERE and share your favorite in the comments section below. I’m always looking for new meals!

The gist with these sandwich bites is that I cut up one Oroweat Sandwich Thin into eight. You can find these in the bread aisle at your grocery store. I picked up my package at Walmart.

These babies make my lunches much more fun. My favorite thing to do it to take apart the top and bottom, then cut them into quarters.

I added a swipe of Weight Watchers Cream Cheese, a piece of turkey, topped with a cucumber slice. Then I add a dash of chile-lime seasoning for a kick.

I can sit down and savor each one, it’s filling and crunchy and makes me happy because it’s light! I also add in tomato and avocado slices, and other items, depending on what I have in the fridge. Use the sandwich thin as the base and then get crafty with what you pile on top! You can add fresh fruit or cottage cheese on the side. I used the Weight Watchers Point Calculator to learn this whole plate equals 6 points!

Next, for dessert, I went with the Weight Watchers English Toffee Crunch Ice Cream Bars.

I’m very selective about my desserts and was happy to have discovered these! Each bar is only 3 points! I’m excited!

  1. these look good, sadly since I’m eating vegan now I can’t try them this way, but would be a nice treat for the holidays. I do love their desserts, have had several of them in the past. this post just made me hungry.
