How to use cornstarch & glue to make faux pan dulce!

Did you know there is such a thing as cornstarch clay? I made these faux pan dulce treats using this method. It’s pretty easy and super affordable! You can use it to make all kinds of crafts, jewelry, funky decor items and more! For this tutorial I’m making cute Mexican pastries! The empanada looks so real doesn’t it!?

Materials

Cornstarch

Alene’s Tacky Glue

Plastic Bag

Wax Paper

Additional materials:

Paints of your choice

Brushes

Beads

You can also use it to make roses as I did in the picture below, or even little sugar skulls! I can’t wait to see what you’ll make with this easy and fantastic clay alternative.
